Lin brings a wealth of experience to her life coaching practice. Obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology was one of many steps on a path filled with opportunities to commit fully to listening to and supporting people through their unique growth processes. Initially working in the customer service field, Lin’s later work in human resources and as a trained mediator utilized her conflict management, creative problem-solving, and communications skills. Through active listening and asking probing questions, Lin has helped coach individuals to develop creative, sustainable solutions in their lives. A long-time, ongoing student of stress reduction and mindfulness, Lin is committed to helping individuals grow as they mindfully navigate the often-stressful waters of life transitions.
Lin has been trained in Transcendental Meditation, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). While employed in the human resources area, Lin also received training in how to enhance individual performance in the workplace, and later co-developed and facilitated a stress reduction workshop for the English Language Institute at the University of Delaware.
A certified professional coach graduate of the Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching, Lin is also a current member of the International Membership of Professional Advisors, Coaches and Trainers (IMPACT).
